Mancos to Durango was only a short drive for our night stop before driving into the Rockies proper, not a very good site, looked more like a scrap yard than a campground, and it was a bit muddy too, but still had wonderful views to enjoy. It was a bit cold for the bike, so we drove into town to do the food shop and filled up the petrol and LPG tanks in preparation for the unknown.
